Selection of Hajj Assistants

Selection of assistants/moderators for Hajj 2025 has been advertised by the government of Pakistan. In this prospect, Government serving officials from grade 7 to grade 18 are allowed to apply for the services.

These selected persons will be responsible for various services during Hajj 2025. This include travel, residence, food etc.

Selection will be made through NTS. The application will be received within 15 days of this advertisement.

Documents Required for Hajj Nazim / Assistant

Following is the list of documents required for Nazim Hajj

  1. Nomination Proforma and undertaking
  2. Medical Fitness Certificate
  3. Service No Objection Certificate (NOC)
  4. Surety Bond on stamp paper
  5. Recent Salary/pay Slip issued by AGPR provincial AG offices and Field Accounts Offices under the Controller General of Accounts (CGA).
  6. Candidates Bio Data Form
  7. CNIC (To be Pasted on nomination Proforma)
  8. 1x passport size color photograph (Blue background) To be Pasted on Bio-Data Form
  9. Copy of Office Card
